Biography

Born in the UK and raised in the rugged landscape of the Canadian Shield, Louise now lives in the Osborne Village area of Winnipeg and has her studio in the heart of Winnipeg’s Downtown Exchange District..  Her art has been shown at Estudio Luna, Cre8tery Gallery, The Great West Life Assurance Company and she participates in the First Fridays in the Exchange.

Kollinger uses bold strong colours to bring her art to the immediate attention of the viewer. She has allowed the texture  and layers of her life to come out in her art.  The art is her impression of life around her and displays the passion she has for everything she does.
